Official Rules:  DOUBLE YOUR UPC COUNT: Receive one (1) bonus point for each UPC/lid submitted by date (up to a maximum of 1,000 points) for your school. Send the UPC’s/lids from any participating Labels for Eduction^® products to: Labels for Eduction 806 SE 18th Ave., Grand Rapids MN 55745. All submissions must include a Labels for Eduction Order & Banking Form containing bonus code PCF2197, school account ID#, and school address, and must be received by December 31, 2011 to be eligible for doubling. Limit one bonus offer per school. Multiple submissions are allowed. No incomplete or late submissions will be accepted. Labels for Eduction bonus certificates and any other bonus point offers are not eligible for the Double Your UPC Count offer. Labels for Eduction will calculate all submissions and deposit points into each school’s bank account on or around January 15, 2012. All materials submitted become the property of Labels for Eduction and will not be returned. Labels for Eduction points can be redeemed by eligible schools for educational merchandise in the Labels for Eduction catalog and is subject to all official Labels for Eduction program rules.
