Hi,
I am counting the points and the some of the parents turned in just the part with the point number on it. Does the upc code need to be included with the point value?

It has to have 51% of the UPC with it.

My current favorite is the unknown source that turns in the front label only, which is the process from YEARS ago.

I got about 50 front labels last night when I picked up labels at school. It is so frustrating!! The parents don't read what I send home as that tells them exactly what to cut out!

Lela,
I've already sent home several things showing what's acceptable and what's not and I have things hanging up on the PTA bulletin board at school but some people just don't pay attention.

I've had parents turn in front labels, too. I just called the company and the nice people have given me a code to include that ok's the submission of all of the fronts. I've even used that code on all of the banking forms for that year, with no problem, and we always get credit for 1 point for each front. They are really understanding!
